Say (2015) Short Film now released online!

Fantastic news. The short film "SAY" I shot in my last trip to LA has now been released and you can watch the full version via Vimeo! It's doing the film festival circuits. It was great working with the ultra talented Zoe Kim from Seoulful Films LLC who wrote the screenplay and shared the lead role with Alison Kohlhardt. Stellar performances by both ladies and Luis Alexander.

Finally the music video I shot and directed aired on Australian TV. Just watched it on Channel 11's The Loop. Woohoo!

Big shout out to Gil Ben-Moshe for being the best production and assistant director and all the cast and crew and finally to the man himself, Ray Isaac for being the creative genius, artist and backbone of the project.

Brilliant work from everyone involved!!! Click through after the break to view the video via YouTube.

Wrapped Principal Photography for Edward Plowright's "The Conversation"

Edward Plowright may come across very New-York-ish with his New York accent and his affinity for America... but thats only because he is from New York (surprise, surprise!) and he comes from a long standing family of show business that spans from New York to London to Sydney. It may then come as no surprise that his latest short film is aimed directly at America.

Do not mistake the sniper crosshairs as anything but a metaphor for what is in his sights for this up and coming film. "The Conversation" is an awakening and brings forth a message for the casual observer to wake up from their slumber. I can't say too much more, only that as I was filming this wonderful piece of cinema, it made me stop and think and wonder. Please stay tuned for this film as it moves through editing and post production.

Wrapped Principal Photography of "Lightenment" with Grigori Films

I took the reigns again as Director of Photography to capture Justin Banks newest creation which pits ancient good against ancient evil. Think Supernatural but with actual biblical and historically accurate references.

I've included a sneak peak of just one of the takes. This one take is dressed up with some audio - but please don't take this footage for what the final work will look like. This is just a teaser!

Click right after the break to check out this particular test shot from "Lightenment".

Wrapped Principal Photography for Deleting Delta 7. Great job to all!

Spanning over 2 wild and intense nights of literally dusk till dawn shooting, Justin Banks original screenplay for the action thriller Deleting Delta 7 sprung to life with everything from grenades to berettas. We may yet have to reprise our roles (and my role as DP) for a third round of pickups --- but here are some shots from the night.

Simmons Wheel Catalog 2015

I've been given the prestigious task of photographing the 2015 Simmons Wheel line-up. It took a few sessions to get the lighting model just right but, in the end, the products look great and that's all that matters. I'm just glad I had an assistant to carry the wheels to and from the photography area (except for the last day... ohh gosh I can still feel the aches and pains).
